Who we look for
Senior engineers who want leverage, not headcount under them.
- Backend engineers, .NET and/or Java, ideally with payments or PKI exposure
- Full-stack and mobile engineers, React and React Native
- Security specialists, penetration testing, red teaming, incident response
- Cryptography engineers, PQC experience is a big plus (see our CIF-NL project)
- People who'd rather direct ten AI agents than manage ten juniors
- Based in or near Rotterdam, or effective remote within the EU
